Getting Started

• Use /pn to manage your notes
• Use /pf to manage your files
• Use Slack’s shortcuts menu to convert any message into a note

Notes

• Create and edit notes with Markdown support
• Export all notes to CSV for backup
• Storage quota: Up to 1,000 notes per user
• Limits:
  
  • Title: 25 characters
  • Content: 3,000 characters

Files

• Upload and manage files up to 10MB each
• Storage quota: 1GB per user (maximum 500 files)
• Supported formats:
  
  • Documents: PDF, Word, text
  • Data files: Excel, CSV
  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF

Organization

• Search by title across notes and files
• Sort by newest, oldest, last modified, or alphabetically
• Toggle between private and workspace-wide views
• One-click downloads and sharing
